About me
I have worked as a management consultant for more than 10 years, as an accountant in the US and Mexico, as a systems administrator for an international website with extensive experience in data privacy laws, and as a Project Manager.
I have an A.S. in Business Administration, a B.A. in Mathematics and Natural Science, an MBA in International Business, an MS in Computer Information Systems, an MSIT in Enterprise Resource Planning, and am currently completing an MA in Human Resources Management, and a DBA in Organizational Leadership. I also have an Executive Coaching Certificate from IAP, a Hospitality Management Certificate, and I am a Microsoft Certified Educator. I am fluent in both English and Spanish and can also communicate in Italian and Russian.
In my consultancy work, I’ve worked for companies in China, Russia, Europe, and Mexico and have coached teams in the US, UK, China, Russia, Brazil, Mexico, and the Philippines. I have coached both senior and middle managers, including executives from some of the world’s leading banks. I have also worked with project managers in the IT sector, executives in the energy sector, and employee development and training executives from international companies around the world.
